to manage the project engineering of metallic frames and their
complementary works, for civil and industrial buildings, railway
and road viaducts, according to the EN ISO 9001 regulations.
The great experience of the Company in this field allows us
to assist our Client from the beginning in his project choices,
understanding all he really needs and guiding him to satisfactory
solutions. The project engineering stage is broadly speaking
for the Cordioli Company: besides the structural analysis,
we provide for the modularity of the building (for ex. Maximal
height of the columns for buildings, maximal dimensions for
road viaducts joins) in order to improve the timing of procurements,
the workshop production, the transportation of the prefab
elements, the assembly, the maintenance.
For us the preliminary analysis of the construction details
are very important, to identify the optimal solutions for
the workshop production, which condition the project choices,
being the Cordioli Company able to develop procedures/frames
for special lift, exceptional transports, launching of viaduct
floor systems. The special attention to the relationship between
project engineering and production/fabrication causes the
continuous revision of the machines, the materials and the
workshop/yard technologies , searching for more reliable solutions
for the Client requirements.
The project engineering starts from the critical
acquisition of the input data given by the Client and goes
on drawing up a Project Engineering Plan, where are described
all the technical documents the Cordioli Company has to issue,
clarifying the planed date of issue and the resources (internal
and external) dedicated to the elaboration.
In a second step the project engineering continues with the
elaboration, the check and issue of the technical documents,
manufacture and fabrication included. For the completion of
every single procedure we employ only internal or external
high qualified and expert staff.
The project engineering ends finally with the validation,
which is the last confirmation of the fixed requirements satisfaction
for a specific building, realized in the inspection record
(signed by the Client), test reports, loading tests.
